This work is about authenticity, about fight to unwind inner torment and  confusions born out of being socially confined…about  living a life that rings true to what you really feel .When I met Anders , 5 years ago, gender , and questioning it, wasn't so in the social conscience, though Anders was on a path to find a way in life where they could find a way to no edit what they felt, hence identifying as non binary. Jules , I met last year  who was already transitioning to male, though also uses the pronouns they and them. This series arrived when they met each other and from time alone. Some of the prints I  work on the by and, wanting to evoke a timelessness…a sense that this is nothing new...
